There are at least 15 girls who are still in contact since jail, and we’re looking for legal help and advice—preferably a pro bono lawyer because I don’t have any money. We’re all facing different charges. Mostly it was unlawful assembly, and in my case, failure to disperse.
I think a couple of girls got charged with battery on a cop or something like that—crazy stuff. But yeah, I’m reaching out to see if anyone can at least help us or is willing to represent some of us.
