Rosie O’Donnell is back — and more unhinged than ever.
The failed comedian and longtime Trump-hater reemerged from self-imposed exile in Ireland to post a bizarre and emotionally erratic TikTok video Sunday, in which she blamed President Donald Trump for the recent catastrophic flash floods in Texas that left at least 70 dead and dozens missing.
O’Donnell then spiraled into a tirade attacking Trump’s latest legislative win — the “One Big Beautiful Bill” — calling it “ridiculously immoral” and claiming “people will die as a result, and they’ve started already.”
O’Donnell also accused Trump of secretly implementing every aspect of Project 2025, a Heritage Foundation policy roadmap designed to restore constitutional governance, even though the President has said he’s not following the plan.
Despite renouncing American life, she insisted she still has a voice in U.S. politics — because “four of my five children” are still stateside.

And when the President gets all of the early warning systems and the weather forecasting abilities of the government, these are the results that we’re going to start to see on a daily basis—because he’s put this country in so much danger by his horrible decisions and this ridiculously immoral bill that he just signed into law.
As Republicans cheered—as Republicans cheered—people will die as a result, and they’ve started already. Shame on him. Shame on every GOP sycophant who’s listening and following the disastrous decisions of this mentally incapacitated POTUS. Hard to believe.
