The areas of the front where the Russians are temporarily stalled are not due to Ukrainian opposition. It’s simply a tactic to attack in alternate sectors, forcing the remaining Ukrainian battalions to move kilometers each time, to oppose them, thus making it impossible to protect the entire front, and opening up various sectors in turn for advance without losses, and perhaps capturing entire villages still intact.

So you believe Ukraine has ability to shoot down 700 drones but at the same time they claim not to have sufficient air defenses. You seem to believe even when they are conflicting.

But do you really think the Ukrainians still have enough forces to mount an attack, when along most of the front, they’re fleeing, leaving their villages intact, and suffering enormous losses of territory? Do you really think they’re more interested in attempting to conquer one village, letting the Russians enter Pokrovsk, then making it easy for the Russians to conquer the remaining disputed territory? I think it’s all the usual bogus information, just because Zelensky is in Europe asking for money and weapons.

The Defense Ministry showed the liberation of the settlement of Tolstoy in the DPR
MOSCOW, July 9 – RIA Novosti. The Russian Defense Ministry showed footage of the liberation of Tolstoy in the DPR and Russian soldiers with the Russian flag in this settlement.
The published footage shows how Russian soldiers strike at the equipment and manpower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and then hold the flag of their country in the liberated settlement.
The Defense Ministry also reported that the UAV operators of the motorized rifle brigade played a special role during the assault, they conducted reconnaissance from the air and actively hit the enemy’s approaching reserves. They destroyed more than 10 units of military equipment, an electronic warfare station, as well as personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

It looks like it took 3 years of warfare to modernize RAF into a cohesive whole and a Mfg & Logistics network to support it.
Other than devious & asymmetric attacks, which involves MI6, UAF have a fraction left of what they once had.
The worse their losses get, the faster we get to peace.

Small thing about the battle for Kindratovka in the Soemy region… The Russians are in some sort of cauldron, but so are the Ukrainians attacking with this spearhead attack. Defending from a cauldron is nasty buisness and cannot be done for very long, but performing offensive actions in a cauldron is even worse. Those troops to the northwest of the town basically can only hold position and not move until the southhern attacks succeed. If the southern attack fails, the attack to the northwest also fails.
And do not forget, rhe Ukrainians do not have TOS systems or FABs to systematically wipe out an urban area. Moreover, if this counter attack succeeds and the Ukrainians manage to capture Kindratovka they have to sit in the same hellfire they used to be sitting in when they lost it in the first place… There is nothing to win for them. It is just a PR mission.

15:08 it must be enormously demoralizing to know that even after retreating to a strong defensive position it will only be a couple more weeks before further retreats are necessary. Why not just sue for peace ask President Putin how far west does he want the border and then move there plus one KM.

What Ukrainian reserves? They can’t replace their combat losses are suffering an average of 17,000 desertions per month.

Russians playing games, it is not so much good explanation, as idiocy of Ukrainian officers who constantly let their soldiers fall in same traps, over and over again. I totally understand those Ukrainian people who massively deserting or don’t want to die on front.
Since beginning of spring offensive that started in summer 2023. this kind of idiocy has decimated Ukrainian forces and nation. Looks like biggest enemy of Ukraine are politicians and military of same Ukraine.

Honestly I thought Russia would have been attacking last year. I know they get solid intelligence about Ukraine and NATO shipments. So they probably know something I obviously don’t. Still Russia has fought a well thought out war.

Clearly Russia has an abundance of drones. Why Russia doesn’t use some of these drones for reconnaissance purposes is to me a mystery, as then the Russians could expose the lies (or otherwise) being spun by the Ukrainian regime.
