FALSE flag events have a long history, going back centuries in military history. In modern times – the last half-century or so – there has been a rash of them, usually involving some lone-nut gunman or radical group shooting or bombing public targets. 9-11 and the London bombings are major examples.
And because so many of these dramatic events involve intelligence agencies, psychological warfare on the community around the event is necessarily part of the mix.
When the event happens, media is quick on the scene and strategically-placed informants can provide a narrative and video footage that will inevitably be repeated multiple times. At Bondi, this has already happened.
So are we saying Bondi was a false flag event. No, we don’t have enough evidence to make that claim. Even apparent photographic evidence is questionable because of AI abilities. What the apparent photographs of Ostrovsky are evidence of, is dark players operating behind the scenes, muddying the waters.
In the case of the Bondi shooting, it may well be that the two Lebanese shooters identified were goaded into the crazy attack plan by dark players in the background. Who they were or are is anyone’s guess.
But the idea conveyed by the “Facebook” post that an Israeli asset would effectively commit suicide by going on a shooting spree at a Jewish public event is a little far-fetched. There would have to be an effective escape route.
If Mike Bugess and ASIO were doing their job, they would have informants around the Sydney and Melbourne Islamic communities who would pick up on activity around Jewish community events – especially public ones.
As for the Jewish side of this equation, they would extremely negligent not to have their own security contingent in and around public events like the Hannukah celebration.
But the horrible reality for the Jewish community is that Israeli governments have a history of running false flag terrorism events that are required to cement the nation’s image as the victim of its Islamic neighbours, rather than the aggressor.
As an example, the much propagandized October 7th attack was clearly facilitated by a complete Israeli stand-down that let Hamas troops through the border fences unopposed. Israel had previously been warned, repeatedly, by Egypt of Hamas military activity.
The narrative that quickly followed October 7th was that Israel had again become the victim of a vicious, barbaric Islamic attack that took some 1200 innocent Israeli lives and that would certainly justify an Israeli retaliation. As it turned out, Israel more than retaliated, they flattened about a third of Gaza City, killing some 60,000 residents, according to Hamas statistics.
Yes Virginia, it’s well known that governments or armies will sometimes allow themselves to be attacked at the cost of civilian lives if they see a major political or strategic gain to be made. The case for 9-11 was even written down in a US document called Project for a New American Century.
