• Cut unnecessary extras
• Focused on cheap, fast coffee
• Sold coffee for around $2
• Expanded aggressively across China
Instead of copying Starbucks completely, they stripped the model down to the essentials.

Luckin Coffee is now the biggest coffee chain on the planet — and it’s rapidly expanding globally, including into the U.S.
