Today, the West is facing rising inflation, increasing debt, economic pressure and growing distrust in the US dollar, while countries across the BRICS bloc are moving toward a more multipolar financial system and accumulating physical assets such as gold.
Indonesia is becoming an increasingly important part of that shift.
The question is no longer simply whether the West will change, but what the global financial system will look like when that change is complete.
