Russia is doing a well-thought-out strategy in Ukraine. Strikes on shipping, ports, railways, gas stations, bridges, and substations are designed to bleed dry what remains of the Ukrainian economy and deprive it of its already few sources of foreign exchange earnings for exports. And all this – because of the stubbornness and stupidity of the overdue Ukrainian president.
