Here’s what others had to say:
@larrydavidson8502
I worked on the railway for 35 years. That will not take long to fix up the track and get the trains running again.
@legbreaker2762
The Germans in WWII were replacing entire bridges in a day. One single train won’t take long to clear.
@bankolefasehun9102
NATO should withdraw from Ukraine and keep within its borders. It’s years of adventurism is over.
@sergiao155
The coolest part was at the end when he seemed to be fooling each NATO leader, praising them so they could go home happy.
@franslangendonk6510
Yes, very interesting meetings where much was discussed like how to make defeat look like victory. Milano and Tusk were struggling to stay awake. Nothing became of it and Russia continues dismantling Ukronazistan, Euronazistan and NATO.
@GaryKennedy-g7p
what was pathetic was how every single “Western leader” had a prearranged speech to say …. they obviously had rehearsed their “lines” …. it was childish ….
@maertscisum
Dima, the train was clearly for civilians. It won’t disrupt the war, but may cause shortage of energy for civilians for a few days.
@arjuna3234
we should stop speculating about puppets and actors and their lies in public realm, but rather thrive our own peacefulness and forgiveness.
if these politicians would be in power and willing to make peace, why don’t they? We the people no matter where we live, want peace everywhere, and we condemn any aggression and disrespect
@GordonZory
Excellent observation about Trump being bored. And very indicative that Trump left the meeting to chat with Putin, and it clearly was unscheduled with Putin. Trump is a big picture high level type of person with a short attention span. The European representatives had nothing new to say and achieved no rapport with Trump. Although Trump lapped up all compliments!
@AchillesHeel-e7e
Instead of buying overrated American arms, Europe is advised to buy from Russia as being significantly better and more effective!
@fabrizioandreucci5664
RU must watch better his borders the train and the oil refinery destruction is not the 1st time and is bad. A football team must be good in attack but also in defence to gain a fast complete victory
@SunriseLAW
Pres. Trump feels uncomfortable talking to Zelensky because he knows that an upcoming “regime change” will make him disappear.
@tropolite
Poor silly Ukrainians… That Train pinprick won’t do a thing. Remember Ukraine struck a train while ago and the line and supplies resumed within 1 day. Russia knows what they are doing and Ukraine is simply an annoyance.
@davidkiely1727
Zelensky disrespected Trump, wouldn’t even look at him. Kept looking at the Europeans as if ridiculing Trump. Like a sulky spoilt child.
@estrategiasparadesarrollo-8681
Major outcomes from Washington talks: a. European NATO leaders managed to block Trump’s attempt to negotiate an agreement with territorial concessions. 2. Trump managed to free himself from the commitment to impose tougher sanctions against Russia, something he himself had offered, and which was neutralized by Putin in Alaska. And handed over thecresponsability for further direct negotiations to Europeans. concisely: he distanced himself from European demands. 3. Zelenskyi’s conditions have not changed one iota since January: he wants a freeze on the war and green light to let NATO troops on rhe ground under the excuse of “se urity assurances” Summarily: the whole thing has not moved a single inch from the ptevious situation.

At least my view is Russians should stop their offensive in the whole of donbass. Go maximum capture of area in sumy with minimum resources and losses. Go on with all the remaining resources and have some high losses in kherson and zaporzhia. They definitely should have a pretty good hold of the other side of the dnipro. Theyll have to handover donbass anyway, not worthy of going offensive in their at all. Should gain more in other areas where planned to freeze the frontline. Getting some area from sumy would enable russins to have upper hand in suggesting exchange of territory in sumy for donbass
