With cement plants and oil refineries being destroyed the uks must have a hard time at the front. I would add steel production centers also

Most industrial zones include huge hangars and warehouses, I doubt Russia attacked those plants to stop cement production. I don’t think I have even seen any concrete defensive constructions except those gekon teeth.

Cement plants use huge quantities of natural Gas. Those storage facilities are probably being used, NOT for cement production, but as storage for the coming winter. The cement production equipment would not have large fires, since they are all metal. It was the Gas Storage which was burning. Stored cement does not burn, had to be something else.

No wonder the ukrainian defenses are holding up so poorly by now. Apparently they ran out of cement and are now using salmon for their fortifications.

Ukrain reserves the right to surrender unconditionally to Russia. afterwards Zelenski could turn himself in to the Russian court for war crimes against humanity. Afterwards ukrain can return to some.normalsy
