The Ukrainians couldn’t exploit the fog simply because they lacked the manpower and resources to do so in a way that would have overwhelmed the Russians. Only you think the Ukrainians still have battalions, but that’s a misconception; they only have small, poorly trained, and under-armed groups. They currently can’t even defend sectors, only fight to the death, surrender, or flee.

The most tragic thing about this war are the innocent civilians who just want to continue their relationships with Russians. The bast@rds who are continuing this war, i.e. Germany, France, England all habe nothing to lose except money amd munitions. Their children and citizens aren’t dying. Their towns aren’t being destroyed. You would think they would have more empathy since their nations were bombed during WWII. All of the history and businesses destroyed. This could all be avoided. You made a bad decision and now you have to live with the consequences. Russia has more assets willing to fight. What a tragic loss of humanity.

Another update, the Ukrainians cannot escape even in the fog, because the map is wrong, there is no escape route, the passage has been completely closed by the Russians, fleeing would mean going to the wolves, who are waiting armed for the mice to try to cross their lines.

I know there is virtually no clowns called leaders want this conflict to stop but even Stevie Wonder could work out that the ground that Russia gains every day tells everyone that the Ukrainian military has basically downed tools or has no tools left!

The reason Ukrainians couldn’t take advantage of the fog to withdraw from Mirnograd is because they would have had to do so on feet.
They wouldn’t have walked too far before the fog cleared.
