It has been many years since I last saw the tell tail signs of long-range missiles testing trails in the California sky, and jst yesterday, I could almost hear the testing strategy in US military rooms, just by looking at the crisscross signs in the sky. I am sure Russia is well aware of these tests, and they would be more than justify to do their own testing as well, no country wants to be unprepared for worse case scenario.

I see no reasons Russia would want to test ICBM on Ukraine it doesn’t make sense, for the past 3 years this not the first time Russia is testing ICBN this should be the third or second time and non of those test was done on Ukraine except Oreshnik which is not an ICBM
