A letter sent to the Biden DOJ and signed by Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson sheds light on an ongoing situation that was previously reported on by National File, as the Biden Administration and its DOJ are using the US Marshals and other federal agencies to mass register imprisoned felons and potentially illegal aliens to embolden Democrat voter rolls heading into the 2024 election.
Joe Biden is using Executive Order 14019, which he signed in March of 2021, to turn federal agencies into political machines to register as many new Democrat voters as possible ahead of the 2024 presidential election, as well as to revamp vote-by-mail and other election-rigging schemes that were illegally inserted into elections all over the country in 2020.
Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson recently sent a letter to the Biden DOJ, calling for Merrick Garland to stop enforcing Executive Order 14019. The letter revealed that the US Marshals and other government agencies are dramatically overstepping their boundaries and their purpose, just as many feared they would when Executive Order 14019 was initially signed – with 2024 specifically in mind.
“Among other things, President Biden’s order forces the U.S. Marshals Service to modify agreements with jails, requiring them to provide voter registration materials and facilitate voting by mail,” MS Secretary of State Michael Watson wrote in the letter.
“According to the Marshals Service, they are modifying 936 contracts or intergovernmental agreements to require state and local government complicity in the potential registration of ineligible prisoners to vote.”
As Watson pointed out, this shouldn’t fly in states like Mississippi, where felons are prohibited from voting, but the DOJ has already announced that they’re preparing to “fight” states that attempt to secure their elections, with Merrick Garland recently telling a church in Selma, Alabama just that.
Watson went on in his letter to express his concern that Biden’s executive order and voter registration drive will result in illegal aliens being registered to vote, as “due to the Biden Administration’s border policies millions of illegal aliens have not only been allowed into this country during the last three years but they have also been allowed to stay.”
“Many of these aliens have been in the custody of an agency of the Department of Justice, including the Marshals,” Watson’s letter added. “Our understanding is that everyone in the Marshals’ custody is given a form advising them of their right to register and vote. Providing ineligible non-citizens with information on how to register to vote undoubtedly encourages them to illegally register to vote.”
