1. BREAKING: Email Describes $100M/Year Proposal to Epstein Attributed to Bill Gates
In May 2013, Boris Nikolic — Bill Gates’s science advisor — sent Jeffrey Epstein this message:
“Bill is anxiously awaiting your answer.”
The offer on the table: $100 million per year. For 30% of Epstein’s time.
This is in the documents. Here’s what they show — and what they don’t.
2. The full Nikolic email reads:
“He feels that 100 million per year for no more than 30 percent of your time is fair for the first three years. There will most likely be bonuses.”
Nine figures. Annual. With performance bonuses.
This is not the language of social contact.

3. Then this line:
“The purchase of the algorithm for the foundation is another matter.”
A separate transaction. The acquisition of something called “the algorithm.” For the Gates Foundation.

4. To be precise about what this document shows and doesn’t show:
✅ A proposed $100M/year advisory arrangement ✅ Separate consideration of purchasing “the algorithm”
❌ No proof the deal executed
❌ No proof of payment
❌ No proof of IP transfer
The proposal itself is the story.
5. But “the algorithm” isn’t a one-off phrase.
Four years earlier, in September 2009, Epstein wrote:
“Why stop one disease, if you can find the algorithm to fight them all.”

This language has a history.
6. December 2009 — Epstein again:
“Disease should be looked at as uncovering the disease algorithm…”

He was framing infectious disease as a computational modeling problem — consistently, across years.
7. In the same 2009 thread, Epstein proposed connecting Gates with:
Richard Axel (left) — Nobel laureate
Martin Nowak (right) — Harvard’s leading evolutionary theorist
He was positioning himself as the architect of a scientific network, not a dinner guest.

8. Later documents show this language evolving:
“algorithm for life” — EFTA01008129
AI-driven biology. Immune modeling. Computational approaches to disease.
The framework Epstein was selling had a decade of intellectual scaffolding behind it.

9. The financial architecture around Epstein was complex.
Other documents reference gift tax audits, GRAT trust structures, and a contested $500K transfer.

A $100M/year proposal doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It fits a pattern of institutional-scale financial entanglement.
10. The questions this raises are legitimate and unanswered:
▪️What exactly was “the algorithm”?
▪️Was a formal proposal drafted after this email?
▪️Did negotiations proceed or collapse?
▪️Does the Gates Foundation hold any IP connected to this?
These aren’t accusations. They’re the questions the documents demand, and should be asked at the upcoming May 17th Oversight Committee (@GOPoversight) hearing chaired by Rep. James Comer(@RepJamesComer) where Bill Gates is expected to testify.
11. Gates’s representatives have characterized the relationship as limited and social.
A nine-figure annual advisory proposal — with a separate IP acquisition component — is neither limited nor social.
