Shocking footage has been released of the moment 10 inmates escaped from a New Orleans prison.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit yesterday, the prisoners successfully escaped from the facility in the early hours of Friday morning.
Some of the men who escaped were serving sentences for murder and other violent crimes.
Authorities have now released shocking footage of the jailbreak.

Two of the escaped inmates have been apprehended, according to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities suspect the escape may have involved assistance from someone on the inside, after discovering the inmates fled through a hole hidden behind a toilet.
Investigators also found that bolts had been removed from the exterior wall of the jail, prompting them to review who was nearby in the period leading up to the incident.
“The primary security breach and concern is the facility’s infrastructure,” Chief of Corrections Jeworski Mallett said in a press conference on Friday.
“We’ve identified that we have a large number of high-security individuals in a minimum custody facility.
“This particular breach of security occurred on the first floor of one of our security pods, where we had slider doors.
“These doors are able to be manipulated and forced off the track that they’re on, which allows individuals to enter and exit at will.”

The most recent jailbreak of this kind took place in August 2023, when Danilo Cavalcante escaped from Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania.
Cavalcante, an illegal alien convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend, managed to flee by “chimneying” up two close walls in the prison’s exercise yard, reaching the roof, and navigating around razor wire to make his escape.
His escape led to a 14-day manhunt, during which he stole a .22 caliber rifle and was considered extremely dangerous.
The search concluded on September 13, 2023, when authorities captured him in South Coventry Township, approximately 23 miles from the prison.
