Police officer shot many more bystanders injured like sitting ducks
Sunday 6pm Early reports of three gunmen with semi-automatic firearms have just shot at least 10 people dead at a Jewish gathering being held at Bondi Beach in Sydney.
Eyewitnesses are reporting many more injuries and deaths.
This should be regarded as a terrorism event with multiple shots being fired in an organised attack on Jewish people by at least three gunmen.
There are scenes of hundreds of terrified, unarmed sitting ducks fleeing along the street. Former Prime Minister John Howard, the Liberal and Labor parties can shoulder the blame for disarming Australians in 1996 and these gunmen know there is no chance of return fire from unarmed bystanders or their targets.
If this was in the US chances are there would have been few casualties because America has a Second Amendment and innocent people are allowed to defend themselves with firearms. A member of the public, licenced to carry could have taken out a shooter immediately.
The anti-gun mob, Gun Control Australia and others hunt in packs and they will be baying for total disarmament while a terrorist attack such as this is not preventable.
