Leo Terrell, the Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights and former Fox News contributor, has publicly suggested that former First Lady Jill Biden could face criminal charges for what he deems “elder abuse” against her husband, Joe Biden.
Terrell took to social media to express his concerns, reposting a tweet from a conservative commentator and adding his own commentary: “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”

Terrell’s implication was unmistakable: Jill Biden may have knowingly concealed her husband’s serious health decline during his presidency and subjected him to undue stress by propping him up for another grueling presidential campaign—all for political gain.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Jill Biden was the driving force behind Joe Biden’s decision to run again in 2024.
According to presidential historian Douglas Brinkley, Jill Biden is the main reason Joe Biden ran again in 2024.
Brinkley appeared on Face the Nation and explained that Jill Biden doesn’t want to relinquish the power that the Bidens have spent years trying to gain and even said that she wants some kind of ‘revenge’ against the people who wronged them or stood in their way.
“She is the vital part. Dr. Jill Biden is it,” he said. “You know, if you go back to 1952, Harry Truman could have run, and he didn’t. Why? Well, the Korean War and, you know, other reasons. But — but Bess wanted to go back to Independence [Missouri] — she didn’t like it in Washington.”
“That’s not the case with Jill Biden. She likes power. She wants to stay. She wants some sense of revenge,” he continued.
During Biden’s trip to Kenya in 2023, Dr. Jill revealed an update on Joe’s reelection plans.
“He’s not finished what he’s started, and that’s what’s important. Look at all that Joe has done, has accomplished! He brought us out of the chaos,” Jill Biden said.
This accusation follows the bombshell revelation that Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
On Sunday, it was reported that 82-year-old Joe Biden was diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer.
According to Biden’s spox, the former president was diagnosed with prostate cancer last Friday with the cancer cells spreading to his bones.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone,” the statement said.
“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management,” the statement said.
Medical professionals are sounding the alarm and saying there is no way Joe Biden was diagnosed with Gleason 9 and metastasis as his initial diagnosis.
Dr. Shusterman appeared on NewsNation on Sunday evening following Biden’s cancer announcement, and he said the former president likely knew he had prostate cancer for the last 5-10 years.
