“They’ve agreed to give us BACK the nuclear dust”
When Trump says they will give it back, he is clearly hinting that the uranium originated in the US.
Once the dust is ‘returned’, experts can undertake a process called nuclear forensic analysis (aka provenance determination), whereby it can be determined where the ore originated.
Obama and Hillary must be in total panic…
