Lakemba, a suburb in Sydney, Australia, serves as a significant epicenter for the Muslim community, with over 61% of its inhabitants identifying as Muslim.
Islamic leaders frequently address the media, asserting that all individuals are welcome in Lakemba—a sentiment that once held true when the area was home to industrious Australians of diverse backgrounds. Today, however, crossing into Mohammad’s domain downunder, poses threatening risks for non-Islamic Australians.
