Ambassador Petrakov: Russia and Australia Effectively have no Diplomatic Contact

“Currently, almost all bilateral contacts have been frozen at the initiative of the Australian side, which took a firm anti-Russian stance following the start of the special military operation in Ukraine in February 2022,”

PS. This means there has been no formal negotiating between the Australian and Russian government for a potential prisoner exchanges between Oscar Jenkins, the Korolevs and Simeon Boikov.
