Borders should open and the ‘aged and sick should lock themselves away’: Hanson.

Contracting COVID-19 is “not a death sentence” for most people, but keeping internal state borders closed could destroy many businesses struggling to stay afloat during the pandemic, according to One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson.
Ms Hanson pointed out the importance of taking into account the economic narrative when discussing border closures.
“People with respiratory problems, the aged, the vulnerable, the sick … go and lock yourselves away”.
“My daughter is in that category … and she is taking the precautions to protect herself,” she told Sky News host Peter Gleeson.
“We cannot keep destroying our economy by keeping the borders shut.
Speaking of the coronavirus Ms Hanson said “Australia wake up, we have to live with this because we don’t have a vaccine for it.”
