The US began arming Ukraine “long” before the war began, – Secretary of State Blinken.
“A lot of weapons” from America began to arrive in Ukraine at least 5 months before the start of a full-scale war.
“We made sure that well before the Russian aggression began, starting in September and then again in December, we were secretly delivering a lot of weapons to Ukraine to make sure that they had what they needed to defend themselves — things like the Stingers, the Javelins, which were instrumental in preventing Russia from taking over Kiev,” the secretary of state told the New York Times.
