Vladimir Medinsky on the negotiations:
Russia has handed over a draft memorandum on the settlement to Ukraine. It is detailed and well-developed;
Russia will unilaterally hand over 6,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers to Kiev next week;
Russia and Ukraine have agreed on the largest prisoner exchange;
The sick and seriously wounded will be exchanged on an “all for all” basis;
Moscow and Kiev will create a commission to exchange seriously wounded soldiers without political decisions;
Russia has offered Ukraine a “specific ceasefire” for two to three days in certain areas of the front so that commanders can collect the bodies of their soldiers;
Moscow and Kiev will exchange soldiers under the age of 25;
Ukrainian military promised to work out a proposal for a ceasefire in certain areas in the near future;
Kiev made a “show for compassionate Europeans” out of the topic of child abductions;
We tried to document all the time – which children “stolen by the Russian Federation” are these, there were no lists;
Children who found themselves in a situation between two fires, they were evacuated, but if there is a family, they are returned back;
There are 339 names of such children on the list, not millions or thousands, we will work on each of them.
