Putin spoke about the 28 points of the US on Ukraine, the main points:
— After the negotiations in Geneva between Ukraine and the US, they decided among themselves that all these 28 points should be divided into 4 parts;
— All this was passed on to us, and overall we agree that this can form the basis of future agreements;
— There was no draft peace treaty on Ukraine, there was a set of issues for discussion;
— The risk of a Russian attack on Europe is talked about by “swindlers”;
— Russia is ready to put on paper that it has no aggressive plans towards Europe;
— The draft plan on Ukraine needs to be put into “diplomatic language,” as some points currently sound ridiculous;
— The American delegation is expected to come to Moscow next week;
— We are ready for a serious conversation;
— The Russian Federation sees that the US generally takes its position into account
