It took Nike over a year to promote their mega-star Caitlin Clark.
But on Sunday, the sports apparel company dropped a video for Caitlin’s upcoming Nike Kobe sneaker that goes on sale Monday morning.
The video is epic.

In case you were wondering… The ad promotes the “Mamba Mentality” that Kobe Bryant displayed in his relentless pursuit of excellence, hard work, and resilience. It was coined by Kobe Bryant himself. The nickname was influenced by Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” classic, which portrays the black mamba snake as an assassin.
The ad includes a shot of Caitlin Clark with the Mamba snake eyes.
