The term ‘shadow fleet ‘ is propagandistic, being cooked up by the BBC and first used by them. The tankers, and the other ships, are normal commercial shipping under flags of convenience. This how most oil arrives in Western European countries.

Nearly all the rare earths needed to make Patriots (especially magnets) are practically 100% obtained from China…and China has said no more of these rare earths will be supplied to the West. Trump giving a licence to manufacture is an empty gesture…go for it…make your own…ask Xi for the stuff you need to make them.

If the range of the jammers is only 20 kilometers, then they should place them inside the oil refineries. When drones that have bypassed the air defense system approach the oil refineries, the jammer system should be activated.
