There is no way that Ukraine would keep to an agreement along these lines. The West would just use the opportunity to rearm Ukraine and resume the war some time in the future. Legal promises don’t mean anything to Europe or the US.

Russia must at least advance as far as the Dnipro River and Transnistria, or the entire SMO will have been for nothing. One should never give a weakened enemy the chance to recover, especially with warmongers like the EU breathing down their necks.

How is Russia going to achieve demilitarisation of Ukraine by diplomatic means? The Ukrainians will sign anything to stop the war, then 2 weeks later they are in EU, 4 weeks later in NATO on some secret fast track, and NATO will install 90% of its arsenal right along the border of Russia. Then back to square one in a very disadvantageous situation.

No deal should be accepted without liberating the entire coastal area including Odesa and all of Kharkiv region !!! Of course all of Donbas as well. Anything less than this should never ever be accepted. Plus Europe must provide $1 Trillion in reparation paid as 20% surcharges to any energy deals.
