Ukrainian Channels are Reporting the Resumption of Attacks on Russian Oil Refineries

Reports indicate an attack on the Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery in the Samara region. Channels affiliated with the Russian opposition are also confirming that the facility was hit.
Authorities in the Samara region had previously issued a warning about the threat of attacks from drones.
Kyiv had refrained from striking Russian oil refining infrastructure for the past two weeks. This pause followed a request from the American side – which had even restricted Ukraine’s access to the Starlink system – although the service was recently restored.
